Metallurgy of Casting Courses

Metal casting is one of the old technologies used for manufacture of products. In this course one would learn about Melting of material to be cast, mould making process for pouring molten metal to get casting shape and metallurgy of solidification of materials during casting. The course also covers specialized casting processes for intricate shape casting manufacture. Type of defects and methods and processes for defect prevention in castings would be part of this course.

Any Diploma science degree holders or persons with 3 years of experience in Foundry  industry with less educational qualifications can attend this course.
